Willard was born on June 9, 1941 and passed away on Monday, December 25, 2017.

Willard was a resident of Newark Valley, New York at the time of passing.

His parents, William and Katherine Schultheis Will was a graduate of Newark Valley High School and Mohawk Valley Community College.

He was a long-time member of the Newark Valley First United Methodist Church, a Veteran of the US Army and a 35 year employee of IBM where he had participated in the Apollo Space Program.

His memberships included the former Speedsville-Newark Valley Masonic Lodge (Past Master), No. Tioga Jaycees, and currently the Candor Masonic Lodge. His family will receive friends at the MacPherson Funeral Home, Newark Valley on Tuesday, Jan. 2 nd , 2018 from 1-2:45 pm at which time Masonic Services will be conducted followed by a Funeral Service at 3 PM. Burial will be at a later date in Vestal Hills Memorial Park.

I was so sorry to read of Willard's passing. Mom and Dad were good friends with his parents and he was a good Masonic friend of mine. Mom's thoughts and mine are with you at this time.
